Today on the “Odyssey” we witnessed a truly amazing act of nature. Wildlife is part of our everyday life here in the San Juan Islands and Salish Sea. Today a Bald Eagle flew right over our group as we were preparing to board the Odyssey. We had a wonderful day onboard the Odyssey today with families from all around the US celebrating Mother’s Day. Our residents were no where to be found today, but we heard there were transient orcas up north and were happy to set off to find them!
